Turnaround time for repairs begins once you have received a email stating that your unit has been checked in by our returns team.

Turnaround time for repairs time typically varies based on the time of year.

During the hunting & holiday seasons (September to February) our turnaround time can range from 15 to 30 business days. The more people that hunt, means the more people that use their Pulsar optic. The more people use their Pulsar optic, the more issues that tend to arise.

During the offseason (March to August) our turnaround time can range from 5 to 15 business days.
