My Pulsar Optic Will Not Power On or Shows a Red/White Display
If you are unable to power on your Pulsar unit, or if your unit is showing a Red or White display, there is one step you can take to potentially get your unit back up and running.
To fix this issue, we suggest doing a Hard Reboot. Do not worry, this will not delete any photo or video files on the unit, nor delete any presets or zeroing profiles.
To preform the Hard Reboot, locate your unit's power button and hold it down. Be sure to hold the power button for no less than 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, check your unit's display to see if your unit is functioning as it should.
If you are continuing to have issues with your Pulsar unit, contact our customer support at either support@pulsarnv.com or call at (817) 761-1771, or submit for a warranty claim here.
