How do I connect to StreamVision?

- Make sure that the StreamVision app is closed and not running in the background of your device.
- Activate WiFi in the settings of your smartphone. Please ignore "weak signal" and "no internet connection" messages (if any).
- This is normal when connecting to a device. Many users see this message and automatically assume there is something wrong, this is actually a good sign to see.
- Please make sure the password in the Pulsar device and the one you enter match.
- If you do not know your password, you can find it under the WiFi settings tab in your menu
- For devices manufactured since 2020 the default password is: 12345678
