Does Pulsar offer an upgrade program?
Upgrades are approved if the end user meets two qualifiers:
1. The unit must be within the 3-year warranty period
2. The unit that is being replaced must have an issue that is diagnosed by our Thermal Tech as 'non-repairable'.
If the end-user meets these two qualifiers, they may then upgrade to any unit of their choosing that is provided on our website (pulsarnv.com). If the desired unit is higher in value, then an upgrade fee will be associated with the upgrade. Upgrade requests may be submitted at any time throughout the Return/Replacement process.
