Can I place a order for a Pulsar optic outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill any orders that are placed outside of the United States. If you reside in a country such as Canada or Mexico, you will only be able to purchase a Pulsar unit from a local dealer as these units fall under ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) designation, and a ITAR is required in order for a Pulsar unit to be shipped outside of the United States.
