Update Firmware through Stream Vision 2
- Connect your device to your Stream Vision application.
You can read how to connect to your Stream Vision 2 application here. - Once you are connected to your Pulsar device, click on the settings icon in the lower right hand corner of your phone's display.
- Here you should see one of two options,

- Install Firmware Update
- Download Firmware Update
- If the option you see says "Install Firmware Update" skip to Step 5

- To download the firmware update to your phone, you may need to switch back to your home WiFi or use a cellular device. Once the download is completed, you should then see "Install Firmware Update"
- IMPORTANT: Once you are able to install your firmware update, be sure to put your phone in Airplane mode. Many firmware updates FAIL (resulting in a red or white screen) due to a small interference with the update. This could be from a text message, email, or a notification from another application.
- Click "Install Firmware Update". Once you have clicked install, it is best to set both your phone and thermal device in proximity of each other to ensure that not further interference with the update occurs. Once the firmware update completed, you are all set.
