How do I connect to StreamVision?
Connecting to Stream Vision can be somewhat tricky at first. Below is a step by step guide on how to connect to the Stream Vision app. It's important to make sure you are following every step and in the correct order. Many people do run into connection issues due to missing a step.
- Install the Stream Vision or Stream Vision 2 application. If you are unsure as to which Stream Vision app your unit uses, visit the Pulsar Europe website here for Stream Vision 2, check the manual that came with your unit, or reach out to customer service for assistance. Typically older units utilize the Stream Vision application, and newer ones use Stream Vision 2.
- Activate WiFi on your Pulsar device. A WiFi icon in the status bar will start to blink, then a question mark will appear next to it.
- Make sure that the StreamVision app is closed and not running in the background of your device.

- Go to your WiFi settings on your smartphone. Select your thermal device (contains device name and 4 last digits of its serial number) as your WiFi network.
Please ignore "weak signal" and "no internet connection" messages (if any).- This is normal when connecting to a device. Many users see this message and automatically assume there is something wrong, this is actually a good sign to see.
