In the Warranty Process, will my unit be repaired or will I receive a new unit?

All units sent in under warranty are to be repaired under due diligence by our Thermal Repair team. In the event that a unit is deemed to be non-repairable, a new in the box unit will be supplied to you once the warranty process is completed.
