What if my unit is out of warranty and cannot be repaired?
In the event that a out of warranty unit cannot be repaired, we will be able to provide you with a 30% discount off any one (1) Pulsar product of your choice in exchange for the defective unit. We cannot provide the 30% discount and return your defective unit to you.
*After inspection is completed for out of warranty units, we allow up to 2 weeks for you to decide if you wish to have your unit replaced via the 30% discount. Once 2 weeks have past, and no response is provided by the customer, the defective unit will be shipped back to as is.*
