How do I return my Pulsar unit for a refund?
In order to be eligible for a refund on your Pulsar unit, the following criteria must be met,
- Purchased directly from the Pulsar website.
- In new condition.
- Postmarked within 15 days of receipt.
You will fill out the Return Authorization Form as you would for warranty repair, and provide us with your sales order number (example: PLWS1234).
If you had purchased your unit from either a local dealer, or a online dealer (such as Optics Planet, EuroOptic, Midwest Thermal Optics, etc.) you will need to file for a return through them and under their refund policies.
