My Unit's Internal Battery Is No Longer Taking Charge.
If you are having issues with your unit's internal battery pack, we have two solutions that may resolve your issue.
Firstly, make sure you have the latest firmware update, and if you do not we suggest to review the the article linked below regarding the firmware update process,

Secondly, you can try a hard reboot of the unit. This can be done by pressing and holding the Power button for 30 seconds while the unit is powered off. You may see your devices display power or or flash a color of white or red, just simply keep holding the power button until the 30 seconds have passed.
If both the updated firmware and the hard reboot do not resolve the issue, your unit's internal battery may be in need of repairs. We ask that you please fill out the return authorization form linked below in order to begin the returns process.
